To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards within the beauty & health industry, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products

  • Personal care items once unsealed

  • Final sale or promotional clearance items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

These policies ensure product safety and quality for all customers.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide either:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for:
